Ing. José Francisco Ramírez Reséndiz

Como apasionado de la Excelencia Empresarial, desde joven se ha involucrado en éste tema proponiendo y construyendo iniciativas de mejora en diferentes procesos, tanto de manufactura como de servicios, orientados a elevar la competitividad de las empresas mediante el aprendizaje e implementación de tecnologías de Excelencia Empresarial.

Es socio fundador de LENSYS, empresa creada en 2004 y que ofrece servicios de entrenamiento y consultoría.  En estos 11 años ha impulsado a diferentes organizaciones hacia la Excelencia Empresarial tanto en México, como en Centroamérica, Sudamérica y Europa.

Es facilitador certificado del Shingo Institute para los cursos Discover Excellence, Enable, Improve y Align. Además de ser miembro del grupo de examinadores internacional de Shingo Prize desde hace 14 años.

Su experiencia y dominio del modelo de excelencia empresarial lo llevó a diseñar y crear el  Modelo de Despliegue denominado DEPLOYMENT con la finalidad de ofrecer a las empresas un sistema interconectado de fácil interpretación que guía en la implementación y apoya en mejorar su competitividad y concretar sus metas.

Después de 10 años de investigación, practica, estructuración y evaluación de lo que las empresas necesitan escribe y ofrece su primer libro titulado “A3 y punto”, como una guía detallada del sistema que apoya en la implementación de esta filosofía de competitividad.

En su fase de consultor/Facilitador, ha entrenado a más de 6100 personas de diferentes niveles empresariales, destacando más de 500 ejecutivos de primer nivel.

Su experiencia y visión se amplió después de realizar 25 viajes a Japón para ser entrenado en el TPS entre los años 1985 y 2002.

Actualmente se desempeña como Director General de LENSYS (Licensed Affiliate of Shingo Institute) y como impulsor de la competitividad de las empresas PyME en la región centro de México desde 2004 a la fecha.

El Ing. Ramírez trabajó en la industria automotriz por 30 años destacando su desempeño en la empresa Transmisiones y Equipos Mecánicos S.A. (TREMEC) donde su liderazgo la llevó al equipo a obtener resultados sin precedentes destacando los siguientes premios:

• GM-Supplier of the year 1996, 1997
• Premio Nacional de Exportación en 1997
• The Shingo Prize en 1998
• Premio Nacional de Tecnología en el 2000
• Premio Nacional de Ahorro de Energía en el 2002
• Le-Mans 1997, 1998, 1999.

Desde el año 2007 a la fecha participa voluntariamente como Evaluador del Premio Nacional de Tecnología e Innovación en México.

Es Coach Ontológico Certificado e Ingeniero Industrial egresado del Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro (1969-1974).

En octubre del 2016 viajó a Dallas, Texas, dónde fue galardonado por The AME Hall of Fame http://www.ame.org/ame-hall-fame

Robert D. Miller is the Founder, President, and Principal Advisor for Arches Leadership.  Arches Leadership is a Licensed Shingo Affiliate and an Independent Advisor/Consultancy.  Robert acts as a master teacher to organizations world-wide on building cultures of sustainable excellence based on principles.  Through his highly engaging teaching style, the best companies discover new paradigms that enable seeing and achieving greater potential.

Robert Miller, as Executive Director of the Shingo Institute, located at Utah State University, was the driving force in the development of the Shingo Model. Robert’s vision and leadership transformed the Shingo Prize into the internationally recognized research, executive education and recognition-oriented Shingo Institute.  During his tenure, the standard set for Shingo Prize recipients became the highest in the world.  This expectation has exponentially expanded the influence of the Shingo Institute in global markets.  Mr. Miller has worked closely with the leadership teams of dozens of the world’s leading companies and led many study missions to Japan, China, Europe, Mexico and the United States.  Robert directed the establishment of an affiliate strategy that is carrying the Shingo Institute to many new parts of the world.  His influence brought new insight into the complex role of leaders.  He guided the development of products and services for executive education that are based on universal principles of Enterprise Excellence.

During his career, Robert’s initiative kept him in the forefront of major management and business innovations.  He has been a leader in the application of information and process technology to business, with special emphasis on leadership implications for senior executives.  Mr. Miller gained experience as both a practitioner and senior executive in some of America’s most highly regarded companies; including Deere and Company, Herman Miller, Inc. and the Gates Rubber Company.  Prior to his association with The Shingo Institute, he was a partner in a global business-consulting firm where he advised leadership teams in Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Mr. Miller continues at Arches Leadership, as a pioneer, by shifting organizational focus from primarily being tool,  event and program-based, to fundamentally transforming organizational culture based on a deep understanding and personal commitment to the principles that create enterprise excellence.
